JBC Group is an executive research firm based in Tokyo, Japan, providing recruiting services under the license(
) issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor & Welfare, to foreign based companies conducting or planning to conduct business operations in Japan.
Founded in 2002, JBC Group consists of recruiting members, all Japanese, with extensive carriers working for and with foreign capital companies in Japan as well as Japanese companies. All recruiting members have more than 35 years of business exerience and have held positions including Chief Executive Officers and other management positions, are bilingual in Japanese and English and have had extensive experiences in hiring Japanese staff before joining JBC Group.

Former general manager of MARUBUN USA Corporation, a sales and marketing subsidiary of a billion dollar Japanese trading company specializing in marketing of hi-tech electronics and semiconductors based in Silicon Valley, California, USA(1986-1991).

Former founder & CEO of Tekelec Japan Ltd., a Japanese subsidiary of a US based company. Established Japan-based operations and built its business to exceed US $20 million in revenue in Japan.
Atsushi Tanaka
Twenty years of experience in software development and support of Univac/Unisys OS at Nippon Univac (current Nihon Unisys), with fifteen years of experience as an organizational and team leader.
Experienced several manager positions at Japanese software houses and a subsidiary of a US telecommunication network company related to integrated information/image management, billing and mobile systems.
Over 10 years of experience in IT system consulting.(Licence No. 16704 for Information Processing Consulting Engineer)
Teruo Amemiya
Over fourty years of experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment and disposal products. Extensive experience including 7 years(1990 – 1997) at GE Yokogawa Medical Systems in Japan, holding managerial positions as an International sales manager, manager of sales planning and branch manager.
Prior to joining JBC Group, held position as a sales director of a leading Japanese wholesale company dealing with medical equipment and medical disposals(1997 – 2008).
